Logo Design (digital file only, 1-2 business days)

What we do: create a custom logo based on your business name and vision, deliver a high-quality digital file for your branding materials, and offer basic, essential, or pro logo tiers depending on your needs. If you’re enrolled in a qualifying subscription, one courtesy logo is included, ownership terms apply (see below).

What you’re responsible for: giving clear design direction (name, colors, style preferences), requesting revisions based on your tier, and upgrading if you need higher-level branding or editable files.

Business Card Design (digital file only, 1-3 business days)

What we do: design a professional business card based on your brand or logo, deliver a print-ready file via WhatsApp within 24-48 hours, include your essential info (name, contact, services, social media), and make sure it’s high-resolution and print-ready. What you’re responsible for: reviewing the draft and confirming details are accurate, and sending the file to your own printer for physical copies. We don’t print or ship cards, this is a digital design service.

Processing time: 7-10 business days.

What we do: design and build a fully functional website tailored to your business, with service pages, contact forms, booking links, product listings, or other content depending on your package. We handle setup, layout, and mobile optimization, and provide a walkthrough at handoff. Optional monthly maintenance and updates are available under a service plan.

What you’re responsible for: providing accurate business info, images, and content when asked, reviewing and approving the site before launch, keeping your domain, hosting, and subscription active, and requesting any edits or upgrades beyond the original scope.

Packages

Domain and hosting are included under an active monthly subscription. Ongoing maintenance and updates run $10,000 JMD/month. A full ownership buyout is available at any time for $250,000 JMD, that grants 100% ownership and file transfer.

General Cleaning (Standard)

Dusting and wiping of surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, mirror, shower), kitchen surface wipe-down, and emptying trash bins.

Deep Cleaning (Intensive)

Everything in General Cleaning, plus thorough scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning baseboards and walls, interior windows and doors wiped, appliance exteriors cleaned (fridge, microwave, etc.), and cabinet and drawer exteriors wiped.

Add-Ons

• Inside fridge cleaning: +$2,500 JMD
• Inside oven cleaning: +$2,500 JMD
• Laundry services: +$3,500 JMD per load
• Pet hair removal: +$1,500 JMD
• Move-in/move-out cleaning: custom quote required

Payment & Booking

Accepted: cash, bank transfer, or online payment. If you don’t provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, an additional fee applies. To book, we’ll need your full name and phone number, the service and any add-ons you want, and any special requests (inside cabinets, pet hair removal, etc.) noted up front.

You’re responsible for being present at the property or arranging access, confirming pricing before your booking is finalized, and requesting deep cleaning or add-ons in advance.

Processing time: 1-3 business days.

What we do: list your products or services on the Fhullbring Jamaica platform, give you a 1-month free trial for up to 5 products or services, offer optional marketing packages to drive more traffic and sales, manage optional payment processing if you want it (fees apply), and connect you with our customer network for leads and exposure.

What you’re responsible for: keeping your subscription active to stay listed after the free trial, responding to leads within minutes through approved channels, fulfilling orders promptly and maintaining service quality, using only approved communication channels, pricing competitively and honoring our price match guarantee by matching or beating any verified lower price from a business publicly listed on Google Business Profile, and managing your own payments if you opt out of Fhullbring processing.

Listing Fees

Every new business gets 1 month free, where you can showcase up to 5 products or services. After the trial, there’s no flat monthly fee: we take a 25% commission on each sale made through the platform.

Payment & Fulfillment

Sellers can process their own payments, or use Fhullbring payment processing at $500 JMD per transaction or $15,000 JMD/month for unlimited. Payments are released the same day after confirmed delivery when Fhullbring processes them. Orders must be fulfilled promptly, with professional communication throughout.

Cash (limited)

We don’t generally accept full cash payments, due to counterfeit risk. Instead, a small deposit is made first, through our online portal or a Smart ATM, to cover our platform fee, and the remaining balance is handled directly with the vendor under your service agreement. We never confirm a booking without that deposit, it protects both the customer and the vendor.
