What Fhullbring Jamaica is
Fhullbring Jamaica is a platform connecting customers with services, staffing, and a marketplace of vendors across Jamaica. Some services are delivered directly by Fhullbring Jamaica; others (cleaning, plumbing, marketplace products, some staffing placements) are delivered by independent contractors or third-party vendors we work with. Booking & payment
Pricing for each service is listed on our FAQ & Service Breakdown page and is current as of the date shown there; always confirm your final quote before a booking is locked in. Accepted payment methods, including our bank transfer and Smart ATM details, are listed on that same page. You’re responsible for providing accurate information when booking (property access, contact details, business info) and for keeping any subscription or listing payments current if your service depends on one.
Vendors, contractors & marketplace sellers
Vendors and contractors on our marketplace and service network are independent businesses, not Fhullbring Jamaica employees, unless stated otherwise for a specific service. We vet who we work with, but each vendor is responsible for the quality of their own work or products. If you’re listing a business with us, you’re responsible for the accuracy of what you list, fulfilling orders promptly, and following our communication and listing guidelines described on the FAQ page. We reserve the right to remove a listing or suspend an account for false claims, off-platform circumvention, or a pattern of poor service. As a condition of listing on our marketplace, you agree to price competitively and to honor our price match guarantee: if a customer presents a verified lower price from a business publicly listed on Google Business Profile, you agree to match or beat it. Consistently refusing to honor a verified price match may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Affiliate program
If you join our affiliate program, commission is paid only on completed and confirmed sales, through the referral link or code we provide you. Misleading promotion, false claims about our services, or spamming can result in removal from the program. Program details are covered during onboarding and on our FAQ page.
Price match guarantee
Our price match guarantee applies only to verifiable businesses publicly listed on Google, with proof submitted before your purchase is finalized. Full terms are on our FAQ page.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service and are noted where relevant on our FAQ page (for example, deposits on cleaning bookings). If a service-specific policy isn’t listed, contact us directly and we’ll work it out with you.
Limitation of liability
Fhullbring Jamaica is a venue that connects you with vendors, contractors, and staff. For services delivered by a third party (cleaning, plumbing, marketplace products, some staffing placements), we facilitate the connection, we aren’t a party to that transaction. We vet who we work with, but we can’t guarantee the outcome of every third-party service, and we aren’t liable for a vendor’s actions, statements, or the quality of their work beyond the vetting and account-removal process described above.
To the extent allowed by Jamaican law, Fhullbring Jamaica isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a service booked through it. For a service we deliver directly, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in this section limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and any design assets Fhullbring Jamaica creates for you as part of a subscription (such as a courtesy logo) remain Fhullbring Jamaica property unless purchased outright, as described on our FAQ page. You keep ownership of content you provide us for your listing or your project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising from use of this site or a service booked through it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
