Refund Policy

FHULLBRING DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. THIS APPLIES TO SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCT. HOWEVER, IN CERTAIN EXTREME SITUATIONS YOU MAY OBTAIN A CREDIT IN SOME FORM. PRODUCTS THAT LEAVE OUR BUILDING, MAY NOT BE RETURNED BACK TO OUR BUILDING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPHOLD THIS POLICY.

Top-Ups: a. Once an order for a top-up is submitted, and payment has been released, you will receive your top-up within 5 minutes. b. Fhullbring Jamaica will make its best efforts to process top-up orders promptly; however, we do not guarantee immediate availability in case of technical or unforeseen issues. c. Any delay or failure in delivering the top-up due to circumstances beyond our control will be eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions: a. The same process mentioned above applies to subscriptions as well. Once an order for a subscription is submitted, and payment has been released, you will receive access to your subscription within 5 minutes. b. Password sharing for subscription access is strictly prohibited. Fhullbring Jamaica reserves the right to monitor login activity using smart tracking software to detect and prevent unauthorized access. c. Any violation of the password sharing policy may result in account termination without refund. Anything done outside of logging in and watching content may lead to account termination.

No Refunds Policy: a. Fhullbring Jamaica has a zero exception no refund policy. Once a payment is made for top-ups or subscriptions, it is non-refundable, even in the event of an error or change of mind. b. If you believe there is an issue with your top-up or subscription, please contact our support team, and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly. However, this does not guarantee a refund.

Disclaimer: a. Fhullbring Jamaica shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures in top-ups or subscription delivery due to technical issues, network problems, or circumstances beyond our control. b. Fhullbring Jamaica shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences incurred as a result of using our top-up or subscription services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: a. Fhullbring Jamaica reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. b. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Governing Law: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. b. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in USA.

By using our top-up and subscription services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
